Product Details anti-CD34 Antibody

Specificity: This antibody reacts strongly with CD34. CD34 is selectively expressed on haemopoietic progenitor cells, vascular endothelium, and fibroblasts. CD34, a transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein, may be involved in cellular signal transduction and intercellular adhesion. This clone has been characterized in the VI international workshop on human differentiation antigens.

Purification: Concentrated.

Immunogen: Leukemia blast cells.

Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 on frozen tissue sections.
Flow cytometry: 1:150-1:300.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
